Our 2021 Rose is the first wine we have put under screwcap.  It is slightly sweet and has wonderful strawberry and cherry flavors.  It is made from the free run Pinot Noir juice that is captured off the sorting line.  As it is free run, it doesn't pick up any color from the skins.
