2007 Marechal Foch
2007 found a cooler, wetter year for grapes here in Oregon, but these vintages are now tasting wonderful. Our 2007 Marechal Foch has aromas of prunes, toasted wheat, vanilla bean, mocha, tobacco and slight earthiness we love. The palate consists of plums, fresh dark berries and bitter chocolate with balanced acids on the finish.
