2010 Oregon Oak Pinot Noir
The 2010 Oregon Oak Barrel Select Pinot Noir is the fourth installment of our Oregon Oak series. 2010 was a cooler year so the wine has a brighter acidity than the 2009. The nose has a mushroomy overtone with cherry and blueberry notes on the nose and palate. The tanin finish has a hint of mint lingering on your tongue. This wine pairs well with Ragout of beef short rib and smoked salmon, to lamb sausage stuffed mushrooms.
