2011 Oregon Oak Pinot Noir
The 2011 Oregon Oak Barrel Select Pinot Noir is the fifth installment of our Oregon Oak series. 2011 was our coolest year so the wine is soft and subtle. The nose has a overtone of cherry and raspberry notes, that follow through on the palate. The finish has a hint of mushroom lingering on your tongue. This wine pairs well with bbq'd or smoked salmon, and pasta dishes.
