Chicken Paprikash

6 Chicken thighs
3 cloves Garlic minced
1 Onion chopped
1 Red Peppers chopped
1 tsp Ginger grated
¼ cup Pimentón (Spanish Smoked Paprika)
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 quart Chicken broth
1 pint Sour Cream


Pre-heat oven to 350 degree

Brown chicken thighs in a large skillet remove and set aside. Add onions, peppers, garlic, ginger to the pan and sauté until lightly caramelized. Add half of the paprika and stir to combine. Add chicken back to the pan, pour chicken broth over the mixture and place in the oven. Cook uncovered until chicken reaches and internal temperature of at least 165. Combine the rest of the paprika and the sour cream and mix into the dish just before serving.
