An Oregon Style chardonnay.

Product Details

Dijon clone chardonnay grown in the Willamette valley and fermented then aged in oak.  Of the 5 barrels used only one is new so it is a lightly oaked chardonnay.  Malolactic fermentation is halted to keep a brighter green apple finish to the wine.
