Wine Profile

Tasting Notes: 2020 was the year of the forest fires. In an attempt to deal with that we added neutral oak chips to absorb the smoky flavors that ran rampant in the valley. We were successful and created another bright and happy Gamay Noir. Notes of cranberry brighten the palette.
